How to use REACH
as a Community Partner
Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to get started with REACH so it becomes a useful tool to accomplishing your goals. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us for assistance!
1
Sign up for our newsletter and create a profile
Click on the “Get Started” button. The newsletter will keep you up-to-date on available resources and opportunities. Creating a profile on the CONNECT collaborator networking platform will allow potential academic or community partners to find you and learn about your work!
You’ll be directed back to this page once you complete this step.
2
Explore our Programs and Services
- Programs build your community-based participatory research skills, with both self-paced and group-based learning options for community and academic partners.
- Services provide resources and personalized consultation. CONNECT helps you find potential partners. LEARN is a library of helpful tools and resources. And you can request a free consultation and view current funding opportunities.
You can view all Program & Services using the menu at the top of the website.
3
Tap into your new professional network
- Schedule a free consultation with REACH to see how we can support you in achieving your goals.
- Send an ‘ask’ to the REACH member network. We’ll send it out to our mailing list and members respond with ‘offers’ to assist.
- Share an event or news item. We’ll post it online and send it to our mailing list, to help you get the word out.
