DANIELLE MCLANE

My work involves empowering youth and women through beauty education, leadership development, and workforce readiness, and I have been doing this work for over 10 years. I am interested in community-academic partnerships to address issues of economic inequity, limited career access, and social-emotional wellness among marginalized youth. In terms of past partnership experience, I have collaborated with schools, nonprofits, and corporations like Sephora and Charles Schwab to deliver hands-on, trauma-informed programming that blends beauty with personal growth and job readiness. The ideal partner for me and my organization would be one that values equity, innovation, and is committed to uplifting underrepresented voices through research, resources, and shared learning.
