Shante Antrom

Shante Antrom, Ed.D. is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a proven track record in organizational development, community engagement, and educational leadership. With over a decade of experience, Shante has spearheaded transformative projects and initiatives that have significantly impacted communities and organizations.

As the Executive Director of Oxford Circle CCDA in Philadelphia, Shante led the development of a $400,000 playground project and successfully raised over one million dollars in grant funds for educational and economic development programs. Her strategic vision and leadership transformed internal operations, enhanced technological infrastructure, and established a student-centered family resource center, benefiting hundreds of students and families. As a Visiting Lecturer and Diversity Fellow at the Community College of Philadelphia, Shante fostered critical thinking and cultural humility among students. She developed inclusive course materials and facilitated campus-wide discussions on race and diversity, creating a safe and reflective academic environment.

Shante’s expertise extends to her tenure as President of Crossway Management Group, LLC., where she developed sustainable infrastructures for international NGOs and nonprofit organizations. Her successful fundraising strategies and financial guidance have empowered low-to-moderate-income households and military families to achieve financial stability.

Shante holds an Interdisciplinary Doctor of Education Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University, where her dissertation focused on the experiences of Black women faculty in community colleges. She also holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Temple University.

Her commitment to community service is evident through her past involvement with various committees and organizations, including the Affordable Housing Centers of Pennsylvania and the Mayor’s Transition Committee in Philadelphia.

Shante loves reading, writing, and traveling outside of her professional life. She enjoys spending quality time with her children, Seth and Kaelyn, and walking her dog, Cali.
